I do love reading. Despite this, it's strange how nonchalant I have become about cutting into books. When going into book stores and libraries, I find myself not looking at books just to read anymore, but books that can dissected. They take on a sculptural form while sitting on the shelf and ask to be art.
But I still take in a deep breath and apologise to the book gods while making the first incision.
